Why a Windows Terminal Client™ is required
The Tunnel2 Secure Terminal Services Client ("Tunnel2 client") starts and captures the regular network traffic generated by the Microsoft Terminal Client and packages this traffic into HTTP and HTTPS. For tunnel2 to work the client systems require a pre-installed Windows Terminal Client, which may be downloaded here.
You're using HTTP for tunneling, but still the traffic is encrypted?
